D'ARCYS Nutrition service offers a variety of services including individual and group counseling for diabetes, renal and celiac diseases, weight loss or gain as well as general wellness to mention a few. Shopping expeditions for label reading and healthy cooking as well as individual and group cooking classes for "heart smart" and low fat cooking or basic cooking skills are available. Custom cooking and home delivered meals are also available. Please ask if your specific need is not listed.

• Individual counseling 1-1.5 hours $30
• Group counseling, 2 hours with materials $75
• Shopping expeditions $25 (outside Nampa add $10)
• Individual cooking lessons at our facility $ 20 per hour plus the cost of food.
• Group cooking demonstrations for 2-6 persons $30 per person (includes samples)
• Home delivered meals for any occasion or dietary need $10 each.
